Super 8: A Nice Clean Place to Stay for a Reasonable Price

Want a reasonably priced place to stay on your vacation with a nice friendly atmosphere?

Super 8 motel could just be right up your alley. Variations on Super 8 are dependent upon the Super 8 you are staying at but most offer the same or similar services.

The amenities that you'll typically find at a Super 8 begin with when you walk through the lobby door. As a traveler you might notice the free maps highlighting places & things to do in the city that you're in. A computer for free Internet may be the next thing you see. Unfortunately there may be only one computer to share among all the guests staying at the Super 8.

Around the corner or straight ahead into the next room the area for the free breakfast is inviting. Some Super 8's have a waffle machine with batter made and waiting to be poured in it if a hot waffle is what you want for breakfast. An assortment of muffins and cereal are yours for the choosing. Plain bagels are on display with packets of butter and jelly if you like spreads. Orange juice, coffee and tea are among the drinks. Breakfast hours usually start at 6:00 a.m. and end at 9 or 10.00 a.m.

In your room there is a coffee maker for brewing the two bags of coffee or the two tea packets in case your choice drink is tea along with two to four cups.

You may want to unwind by watching the free HBO before hitting the shower. Super 8 will have a shower only or a shower & bath. For washing off there is a miniature bar of "moisturizing bath soap" and for your hair and face "cleansing shampoo" and a miniature bar of "moisturizing facial soap."

Before you shower you may want to check out the pool. Some Super 8's don't have a pool. After you get out of the pool you can blow your nose with a tissue from the box of tissue in your room if you need to. You may want to set the temperature in your room if you feel a little chilly. Later you can adjust the temperature again so that you'll be comfortable for "a good night's rest."

One of the things you may notice about a Super 8 is that it is nice & clean. When you leave a Super 8 you'll feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
