Super Bowl Food! Chicken Wings Three Ways!

Easy, Tasty Recipes for Game Time on Super Bowl Sunday!

It's Super Bowl time again!! One of the favorite foods for anyone's game time spread is chicken wings! Below you will find three easy and tasty recipes for wings. Try one or all three. These chicken wings can be served hot or at room temperature, but always with lots of napkins.

All recipes are for 4 servings.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake wings for 30 minutes.

BUFFALO WINGS

16-18 chicken wings

1 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar

3 tablespoons chicken broth

2 teaspoons canola oil

2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce (or other hot sauce)

Mix vinegar, chicken broth, oil and Tabasco. Add wings and marinate the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Drain and discard remaining marinade.

Bake as noted above.

Serve Buffalo wings with Blue Cheese Dip and Celery stalks.

Blue Cheese Dip:

1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles

¼ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Mix and serve cold.

HONEY MUSTARD WINGS

16-18 chicken wings

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Mix garlic, honey, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add wings and marinate the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Drain and discard remaining marinade.

Bake as noted above.

ASIAN WINGS

16-18 chicken wings

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

6 tablespoons hoisin sauce

½ tablespoon hot chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon water

Mix ginger, garlic, hoisin, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and water. Add wings and marinate the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Drain and discard remaining marinade.

Bake as noted above.

Don't forget the napkins! A lot of beer would be great, too! But please do not drink and drive.
