Super Bowl Party Recipe: Dill Pickle Dip

L. Klinker
Whether you watch the football game, the halftime show, or only the commercials, Super Bowl Sunday is always a fun time to get together with friends and family. My favorite part is the food! I have a dip recipe that is perfect for the occasion. I have to give credit to my brother-in-law who introduced me to this recipe many years ago. This recipe has been served at many a birthday party, holiday, Super Bowl, or any other gathering you can imagine, and it has always been a huge hit. Even my husband, who does not like dill pickles, loves to eat this dip. Try out this recipe for your next Super Bowl party, and it is sure to please!

Wayne's Dill Pickle Dip

8 whole dill pickles

Two 8 ounce squares of softened cream cheese

1 package Buddig thinly sliced corned beef

3 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice

Garlic salt to taste

Finely chop the pickles and the corned beef. Blend together the softened cream cheese with the pickle juice. Mix in the garlic salt to taste. Add the corned beef and pickles to the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. It does have a thick consistency so Triscuits, Wheat Thins, or any other sturdy crackers work the best. Enjoy!
