It's a pizza filled quiche ... and a quiche with everything ... all your favorite meat and vegetable toppings. Quick, easy and satisfying.

Ingredients

Serves 4
12 oz Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
4 oz Parmesan or Romano Cheese - shredded
4 Eggs - large or extra large
1 Frozen pie crust shell in pan
4 tbsp Tomato Sauce - Your Favorite Homemade or Jar Variety
1/4 cup Pepperoni slices - thinly sliced and cut in half
1/4 cup Sausage slices - thinly sliced and cut in half
1/4 cup Mushrooms - fresh sauteed - or canned - thinly sliced
1/4 cup Yellow Onion - finely chopped and lightly sauteed
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper - finely chopped
1 cup Half and Half
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Oregano - dried leaves
2 tbsp Basil - dried leaves
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt - to taste

Directions for Super Bowl Pizza Quiche

Combine Eggs, Shredded Cheeses, Olive Oil and Half and Half with Dry Seasonings
In a medium sized bowl, mix the 4 eggs, 1 cup of half and half, shredded mozzarella and parmesan or romano cheeses with garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and black pepper.

Add The Pepperoni Slices, Sausage Slices, Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers
Add the pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and peppers to the egg and cheese mixture and gently mix. Substitute or add any of your favorite pizza toppings like olives, meatballs, eggplant, zucchini or anchovies, if you like.

Pour Into Pie Crust Shell and Bake in 450 Degree Oven for 45 Minutes
Prick fork holes in pie crust shell. Pour in mixture and bake in 450 degree oven for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Slice and Serve
Tip
Be creative ... it's your pizza and quiche. Add whatever toppings you like on your pizza and enjoy! If you only like sausage and pepperoni ... just add those two toppings. If you like anchovies ... throw them in too!
