Ingredients

Serves 12
1 Pizza Dough (frozen or from local pizzaria)
1-1.5 lbs. Italian Sausage Meat (removed from casing if necessary)
.5 cup Romano Cheese
sprinkle to taste Garlic Powder

Directions for Super Bowl Sausage Rolls

Roll out dough on smooth floured surface in oblong shape (not round).

Mix sausage meat with garlic powder to taste and Romano cheese.

Spread mixture on the dough from end to end as smoothly as possible.

Roll up lengthwise to get the greatest amount of servings.

Cut in slices about 1-inch thick, placing on non-stick cookie sheet or. If you don't have a non-stick cookie sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray.

Bake in 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. Ovens vary, so be careful to make sure they do not burn.

Hopefully you can let them cool for a few minutes, but the smell will have everyone wanting to dig right in.
