Ingredients

Serves 6
24 oz Tuna Fish - 4 six ounce cans
24 oz Cooked Shrimp - fresh or frozen, chopped
12 oz Minced Clams - canned or fresh
1/2 cup Scallions - whole, chopped
1/2 cup Celery - chopped finely
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper - chopped finely
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper - chopped finely
1/2 cup Mushrooms - fresh or canned - cooked, sliced and choppped
1 cup Tomatoes - seeded and chopped
1/2 cup Black Olives - fresh or jarred
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 cups Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Onion Powder
3 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Cumin Powder
3 tbsp Basil Leaves - Dried
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt - to taste

Directions for Super Bowl Tuna Salad Supreme

Mix Tuna, Shrimp, Clams and Vegetables in Medium Sized Bowl
Combine tuna, shrimp, clams, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, scallions, celery, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives in bowl. Toss with olive oil.

Mix Dry Seasonings With Mayonnaise in Separate Bowl
Add garlic powder, onion powder,chili powder, cumin, basil, black pepper and salt to mayonnaise in separate bowl.

Combine Seafood and Vegetables with Mayonnaise Mixture and Mix
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the seafood and vegetables and mix well.

Serve and Enjoy
Serve as a stand alone salad or on a sandwich, sub or filling for pita bread.
Tip
Adjust mayonnaise to taste. Some people like a lot ... some like a little. You can also substitute oil... or an oil and vinegar mixture for the mayonnaise if you prefer
