Super Bowl XLIV Down the Road

Are you ready for football season? It seems like we can't wait till summer comes knocking on our door then it goes by so fast and we are getting closer and closer to football season. People start following all the news on their favorite players and teams. Fantasy Football players get their leagues filled and many predictions are made from fans all over the world. Did you know football is one of the most gambled on sports? The 2010 Super Bowl will be played at Landshark Stadium, in Miami.

The home of the Dolphins will host the big event for the 10th time, which is more than any other city in the United States. They must like having it in warmer climate. Miami has beaches, golf courses and many attractions to keep people busy and outdoors. It is a revenue thing. We can't forget one of the best parks in the United States isn't too far from the game. Disney World brings millions of families together.

The Super Bowl will be broadcast on CBS and Endzone or Upper Level tickets will go for about $1845. For decent seats you'll be dishing out around $4900 for Lower Level seats near the 40 or 50 yard line. I'd personally like to see the Super Bowl played in a different city. There's nothing wrong with a little negative six temperature on the field or some snow coverage to keep people guessing where the first down marker is. Even a nice downpour and some slipping and sliding would be fun to watch.

Some of the predictions for the AFC have the Bengals or the Steelers going the distance. In the NFC, people like the Giants or Atlanta. Last year the team with the best record in 2008 was Tennessee with a 13-3 record. The team with the most losing record was Detroit. They didn't even get one single win last year. Many people are waiting to see how training camp goes and preseason games. Injuries are a huge factor in how a team starts off the season good or in need of help.
