Early contenders include "Baby Smush" from HomeAway.com. Featuring a baby getting smacked full-face into a glass wall, it's already causing a controversy.
VW's ad "The Force" gets the cutesy factor stirring with a pint-sized Darth Vader exploring his powers while his parents check out his antics.
Best of show will probably go to E-Trade, not so much for the commercial with the talking baby (which is always good anyhow), but more for the aftershow website link that allows users to send the baby as email or to their Facebook account as a video that speaks a message that they create. So, weird it's actually great.
