Field Bet 6-1
A field bet will cover Troy Polamalu and Charles Woodson scoring on a pick six touchdown. Do not forget the possible touchdown scored a Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker such as LaMaar Woodley or James Harrison.
Rashard Mendenhall 5-1
Rashard Mendenhall is the player most likely to get the call inside the five yard line for the Pittsburgh Steelers and if he has the ball and a little daylight in the area of the field he is a good bet to get in the end zone.
Greg Jennings 5-1
Greg Jennings is one of Aaron Rodgers favorite receivers but he has had a case of the drops lately. Cold weather may be a factor for Jennings ineffective receiving on big plays in the NFL Playoffs.
Mike Wallace 7-1
Mike Wallace is the legitimate deep threat and favorite down field target of Ben Roethlisberger. Wallace runs deep with one purpose in mind and that is to score.
James Starks 9-1
James Stark at 9-1 is a sold bet to score the first touchdown in the Super Bowl. He is a running back that is relentless and knows how to run with purpose.
Donald Driver 10-1
A possession receiver is always a good bet to score the first touchdown in the Super Bowl. The Green Bay Packers best possession receiver is Donald Driver. If the ball is placed at inside the ten yard line A pass play will be drawn up to get the ball in Driver's hands.
Jordy Nelson 10-1
Jordy Nelson has great hands but at 10-1 the value is not there with him for this prop bet. Nelson may get an opportunity but a pass play close to the end zone has Driver written all over it.
Hines Ward 12-1
The Pittsburgh Steelers Hines Ward is their best possession receiver. At 12-1 Ward is a good bet to have the opportunity to score the first touchdown in the Super Bowl.
Heath Miller 12-1
Heath Miller is a solid possession tight end that could have an opportunity to score the first touchdown in a goal line situation.
Aaron Rodgers 15-1
Aaron Rodgers as the quarterback is a great bet to score the first touchdown in the Super Bowl. In a goal line situation Rodgers is agile on his feet and has the ability to roll the field and then scamper in for the score.
James Jones 15-1
James Jones has dropped more than a few balls in the post season and he is as likely as any receiver to score the first touchdown of the Super Bowl but don't bet on it.
Emmanuel Sanders 15-1
The rising star on the Pittsburgh Steelers offense is Emmanuel Sanders. He is sure handed and has been a reliable receiver. The first touchdown in the Super Bowl can be an honor and maybe Samuels is not worthy of the honor.
Ben Roethlisberger 20-1
Quarterbacks are smart bets for first touchdown scored in a Super Bowl. When they are 20-1 quarterbacks are a great bet.
John Kuhn 20-1
John Kuhn is the favorite fire hydrant of the Green Bay Packers offense and Kuhn could be honored with the first touchdown of the Super Bowl. At 20-1 he makes for a good price.
Brandon Jackson 25-1
Brandon Jackson is the best price of any player to score the first touchdown of the Super Bowl. Jackson still gets carries and down in close to the end zone Jackson can still move the pile forward. Jackson is also a great pick.
The following four players are not likely to score the first touchdown of the Super Bowl but of the four, take Mewelde Moore as a long shot for a fun bet. Brandon Jackson is best bet at 25-1.
Isaac Redman 25-1
Andrew Quarless 25-1
Antonio Brown 30-1
Mewelde Moore 40-1
