The large building also hosts smaller shops, including a jewelry store and Hello Kitty shop, and a food court. Fuel your shopping trip with a meal. The aroma from the bakery is quite tempting, but the sushi is delicious as well.
Affordable Produce
The extensive produce selection includes common foods such as cucumbers and exotic fare such as lychee. Even the mysterious durian fruit has a place among the fresh, affordable produce at Super H Mart. (Thankfully, durian fruit holds its putrid odor until cut open.)
Fresh Seafood Department
Super H Mart's selection of live seafood rivals a public aquarium. In addition to live geoduck, lobster and crab, there is an extensive selection of self-serve seafood.
Things to Know Before You Go
Super H Mart is not particularly service oriented and the goal seems to be to serve customers as quickly as possible. It is more like a bustling farmer's market or bazaar than grocery store. It is always busy, but especially crowded on weekends. Try making your first visit during a weekday or with an experienced shopper. It is easy to spend hours surveying the shelves of exotic food.
Despite having a large parking lot, parking can be problematic due to the crowds. Be sure to pay attention to the no parking zones.
During the summer months, the store provides small bags of ice to keep fish fresh. You will also want to bring an insulated bag or cooler for the drive home.
Super H Mart is worth the trip, especially if you enjoy making homemade sushi. You can easily purchase all the recipe ingredients in one shopping trip. Check the Super H Mart website for the latest sale info.

We have very small Asian markets here, and sometimes it can be tough to find things you want.
