This salsa recipe is very simple to make. I started off taking it to cookouts and everyone wanted the recipe. Now none of my family or friends buy already made salsa anymore. It is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
3 cans petite diced tomatoes, preferably not a generic brand
1/2 vidalia onion or other sweet onion, petite diced
1/2 green bell pepper, petite diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (leave seeds in for hotter salsa)
juice from 1 lime
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves minced ( no stems)
1 Tbl. sea salt
1 clove garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
Thoroughly drain tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well and chill if desired. Store in refrigerator.
See, I told you it was simple. Enjoy!
