Before taking on any supplements you need to first consult with your physician for dosage requirements and safety if you have other medical conditions. It is easy for a healthy person to go ahead with supplements because they don't have any other medical conditions but for a sick person, they have to consult a physician first. After you have consult your physician you can start your routine of supplements. You will begin to see that your health will change as soon as you're on it. You will have more energy. You can concentrate more. You can do more work with your minds. You will be less depressed. You will want to go out and accomplish more in your life. This is how I feel when I'm on supplements. It changed my life and whenever I'm not on it I feel very tire and depressed and I can move a finger. Vitamins and Minerals have changed my life and I want to share it with everyone because not everyone is aware of this effect. Most people didn't study about health care and thus have very limited knowledge when it comes to their health. It is very unfortunate to see an individual being unproductive or tire all the time because they don't know what to take to help their health to be better.
Did you know that when you feel depressed, tired, weak or down it is because you have a deficient in vitamins and minerals in your system. This is a fact. Most people are deficient in vitamins and minerals and they do not take action about it. When you feel these things is because of your brain chemistry and it's not because you're depressed or tire but it is because your brain chemistry make you feel that way. You do need to confirm that fact. I observed it in my own home when my brother is depressed and down all the time and having trouble studying or focusing. My brother never take a supplement in his life. This is a very bad thing. I would always suggest him to take supplements but he never listen to me. My brother's health is bad for a 28 years old and yet he doesn't want to listen to me. Most people out there don't take the time to do what is require to achieve good health.
You will most likely live longer and have less health problems if you start a supplements regimen. You will need to consult with your physician first. Some supplements that have change my health and have cure me in some problems include: fish oil, multivitamin, ginko biloba, and calcium.
These supplements have change my life based on my observation of my before and after health. Let me start with calcium, before I use to have calf bone fracture whenever I run because I'm very low in calcium. I use to fracture my bone whenever I run and now that I have been on calcium for 7 years my bone is very strong and I don't have any fracture any more. I use to have very bad posture because my bone is very weak and since I've been on calcium my posture is more straight and erect and I don't bend like I use to. I'm so glad that I have took calcium. Calcium need to be taking at the recommended dosage or else it could be bad to your kidney. Just like any other medications, supplements can be overdose and you can have detrimental health effects if you overdosed on it.
The next supplement that really change my health is Ginko biloba. Ginko is from a Ginko plant mostly used in China. The Chinese usually blend it into their diet every single day. Ginko increased blood flow to your brain thus giving your brain more blood supply and oxygenation which is the number one thing that keep a brain alive. Ginko also increased blood flow to the rest of your body. How this help me is that I can focus more and study better and remember better. I noticed that before I took this pill I use to have problem speaking and I think it's because one of my speaking nerve is very lazy and after I have been on the Ginko regimen I talk more than ever. I'm more eager to talk and answer to people more quickly whereas before I have no desire to do that. I have no desire to talk to people or even to answer them and I was very slow to talk. If it was not for Ginko, my condition would worsen.
For example, ginko would be a good supplement for someone with nerve problem because when you take it maybe the blood supply can nourish your nerve and maybe even heal it or keep it in good condition. Ginko has the effect of a two hours aerobic exercise, it gives you that kind of feeling and vigor. Ginko has to be taking with precaution if you have heart or blood pressure problems you should consult your physician before you take it because it can increase your blood pressure and can worsen your condition.
The other two supplements that I have been on is fish oil and multivitamin. I have to say that these supplements saved my life. I observed that when I'm taking it I feel like superwoman and when I forgot to take it I get very weak and tire and I couldn't even walk. When I take multivitamin , my brain feel very relax and light and euphoric but when I don't take it, it seem like my brain is lifting a very heavy weight and it's hard for it relax. Fish oil has been know to decreased depression. Fish oil is from fish. You might have heard that omega 3 fatty acid from fish is very healthy. Taking fish oil decreased your depression, therefore, if you're depressed you might want to try this regimen. You do need to consult with your physician before taking any supplements.
