Surf and turf prepared nacho-style. It's the ultimate nacho dish that's quick easy to prepare. Livens up any party, barbecue or get together. Great for game day and Super Bowl Parties too. Wait till the kids try them!

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 lb steak slices - cooked to your liking and thinly sliced
1 lb cooked shrimp - diced fresh or frozen
1 cup jalapeno peppers - cooked and sliced fresh or canned
1 cup sauteed yellow onions - thinly sliced
1 cup tomatoes - seeded and chopped
1 cup black olives - pitted and sliced
1 green chilies - chopped and drained, small can (4 - 6 oz)
1 can refried beans - canned (12 - 16 oz)
1 cup yellow corn kernels - cooked fresh, canned or frozen
3 cups shredded yellow cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips - large restaurant style - large bag
2 cups salsa - fresh or your favorite jar variety

Directions for Surf & Turf Nachos Supreme

Place Tortilla Chips on Large Cookie Sheet or Baking Pan
Spread chips out on pan

Top Chips With Refried Beans, Cooked Steak Slices, Cooked Shrimp, Salsa, Peppers, Onions, tomatoes, Olives, Chilis and Corn
Spoon refried beans over chips. Layer with cooked steak slices and chopped shrimp. Cover with onions, peppers, chilis, tomatoes, olives, chilis, salsa and corn.

Bake In Pre-heated 375 Degree Oven For About 10 Minutes
Bake just until nachos are warm - usually about 10 minutes. Remove from oven

Cover With Grated Cheese and Bake Until Cheese is Melted
Cover nachos completely with grated cheddar cheese. Return to over and bake an additional 5 - 7 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove

Serve with Sour Cream, Guacamole and Additional Salsa
