Wrapped Candy Stocking Stuffers

Surprise Rolls

You can use cardboard tubing from wrapping paper, paper towels, waxed paper, aluminum foil, or toilet tissue.

Brightly covered crepe paper
I have use Christmas fabrics when covering (gluing) the tubing and yarn for tying instead of the curling ribbon .
Long piece of ribbon for curling
Assorted candies, treats, and snacks
Glue
Glitter
Christmas stickers

Cut the tubes into equal length sections (about 3 1/2 inches long). Place the cardboard tube on paper and roll up, pinching paper together at one end and tying with a piece of curling ribbon. Fill tube with treats, pinch other end, and tie with more curling ribbon. Open twisted ends, and decorate with glue and glitter or Christmas stickers.

I think the fabric looks pretty and is more durable for children.
But the stickers and glitter are more fun for the kids to use for decorating.
These surprise rolls are great for party gifts or stocking stuffer.
Have fun and enjoy your holiday season!
