Bringing your kids and your spouse along on a business trip may sound complicated but if you know how to keep things on the right level, you can survive the trip. If you are attending a meeting, convention or other business activities, try not to book your accommodations in the same hotel where you are expected to meet with your clients. Find a separate hotel or resort where your family can stay so that you will not end up running from one room to another trying to play the parent and the business person all at the same time. When booking your family on a hotel or resort, make sure that the place has some activities to keep them occupied. There are many resorts and hotels that are child friendly so be sure that you book your family in one of these places.
