The Survivor Merge
When the Villains arrived on the beach, J.T. noticed that Parvati was still there. He was a little fearful at first, but then he noticed that Russell was still there. When he saw that his "ally" was still in the game, he was thankful. When the Survivors opened the box, they found new black buffs, food, and instructions to come up with a name.
Who Should a Survivor Trust?
Parvati thought that she was on the outs with the members of the old Heroes tribe, primarily because J.T. had given instructions to Russell to vote her out. Russell made J.T. and Rupert believe that when he played his immunity idol at tribal council, Parvati played an immunity idol at the same time. He swore on his kids that he was on their side (he has four kids, but do the Heroes even know that? Why would someone believe someone they hardly know?). J.T. thought that he was a country boy just like himself.
Sandra spoke to Rupert on the beach, telling him that Russell was running the show and Parvati was the second in command. She told him that Courtney was the last person in the alliance with her. Rupert knew that there was something to think about, because Russell could be playing them for a fool, or Sandra could be lying.
In the morning, the merged Survivor tribe had eggs for breakfast. Rupert was upset with the Villains tribe, because they were eating the bananas without asking. Evidently they didn't get together and agree on how they were going to work out the food situation when they merged.
Rupert tried to tell the other Survivors on his tribe what Sandra had said, but they weren't exactly buying it. J.T. thought that Rupert was a little bit strategically naïve because he didn't believe Russell. Just in case, they decided to test Russell's loyalty. They would tell him to vote for Parvati, hoping to flush out a hidden immunity idol. They would all vote for either Jerri or Sandra.
Amanda spoke to Parvati, telling them that she was trying to get rid of Sandra, but that her tribe was trying to get rid of Parvati. Parvati told Amanda that she had an idol, and they told each other that they trusted each other, but they were probably lying.
The Survivor Immunity Challenge
When the tribe went to the immunity challenge, they announced that their new tribe name was Yin-Yang, because some of them were good, and some were evil. For the challenge, the tribe members would need to hold onto a pole for as long as possible. Each pole had small slots where they could place their feet. J.T., Candace, and Parvati had already competed in this challenge.
Colby and Sandra were having trouble with the challenge, and almost immediately went out (they came down before the one minute mark). Russell went next, followed by Rupert. Amanda stepped down shortly after they had been out for twenty minutes. J.T. climbed up the pole at that time; he fell down after 40 minutes. Jerri stepped down after an hour and a half. Candace stepped down next; Parvati willingly stepped down after that, giving Danielle the first individual immunity for Survivor Heroes vs. Villains.
J.T. was a little suspicious about how Parvati stepped down so quickly at the challenge, when it was obvious that she was not struggling to stay on. Even though Parvati was not concerned because she had an immunity idol, Russell, who didn't know that she had the other idol, gave Parvati his immunity idol.
After the immunity challenge, Amanda told Parvati that she should play the immunity idol, but Parvati didn't exactly believe that she was being told the truth.
The First Merged Survivor Tribal Council
At tribal council, Rupert said that living in the merged tribe was an adjustment. Both of the tribes were having difficulty adjusting; one of the problems that the two merged tribes were having was over the bananas. Nearly all of the Survivor competitors commented that nobody was talking to them about strategy, and that they thought that they might be the next one to go. Parvati said that she felt like a leper; Jeff jokingly said that Parvati might feel like that because she's used to getting attention.
Jeff asked if anybody wanted someone to play the immunity idol, and Parvati gave away both her hidden immunity idols away to Jerri and to Sandra. They both played their idols. All of the Heroes voted for Jerri, but those votes would not count. All of the Villains, including Sandra, voted for J.T. He pretty much deserved getting voted out for making the dumbest Survivor move ever.
What will happen next week? The Heroes have a good chance of getting Sandra over on their side. If they can pull her over to their alliance, they will have five people to the Villain's four. That is my guess about what will happen next; Sandra knows that the other Villains are not on her side; it's only logical for her to conclude that she would be the first to go after she picked off all the Villains. While she might be the first to go out of the Heroes if she defects to their side, she does not trust Russell, and does have a history with Rupert.

Post a CommentStupidest move in all Survivor history. Parvati, however, made a very smart one. I don't even like her, but I had to respect her for that move.
