Survivor Micronesia Who is Going to Be on the New Season

The Fans Vs. The Favorites is the New Season of Survivor

Dawn Grubbs
Survivor Micronesia starts on February 7, 2008. The show will take place in Micronesia this time around. Micronesia is a collection of small Islands in the South Pacific Ocean. These islands are close to Polynesia. There are several languages spoken among these island such as English, Chukese, Penpeian, Yapase, Kosrean, Ulithian, Woleaian, Nukuoro, and Kapingamarangi. This is a very lovely place to visit. I hope it is a good place to survive.

Survivors cast this time around is the fans and the fans favorites. I am not sure who picked the fans favorites because they sure are not mine but maybe they are yours.

Yau-man Chan, age 55 from the Fiji show: James Clement age 30 from the china show: Ami Cusack age 34 from the Vanuatu show: Jon Dalton age 33 from Pearl Island show: Cirie Fields age 37, from the Panama show: Amanda Kimmel age 23 from the China show: Ozzy Lusth age 26 from the Cook Island show: Eliza Orlins age 25 from the Vanuatu show: Jonathan Penner age 45 from the Cook Island show: and Pavarti Shallow age 25 from he Cook Island show.

I have gone over this list several times and can not find one person on this list that I would give a millions dollars to. I also do not see anyone here that actually could survive on an Island alone. None of these people worked well with their group to make shelter or even keep a fire going. Take Cirie she did nothing around camp under the pretext of saving her strength for the challenges. This woman was useless and how she made it so far in the game was beyond me. Yau-man was another survivor that was so small and weak he could not win a challenge and had to depend on lies and trickery to stay in the game. I should say by the grace of someone else did he make it as far as he did. That is just a few examples of people I can not see surviving in real life. Then you have Pavarti, Amanda, and Ami who use their body to get what they want. If they were not cute and look so good in a bathing suit they would not have made it past day one. This is just my opinion. If it was not for the one or two people who actually went fishing and hunting these people would starve. Since this is what we have for returning survivor members I am voting for the fans.

Now let me introduce you to the fans that will be competing for that million dollar prize. Joel Anderson age 32 and a Firefighter. Natalie Blolton is age 32 and a personal trainer/bartender. Michael Bortone is 34 and a writer/actor. Tracy Hughes-Wolf is 43 and is a commercial builder. Alexis Jones is 34 and a motivational seeker. Erik Reichneback is 22 and an ice cream scooper.Mary Sartain is 29 and a Real estate entrepreneur. Chet Welch is 48 and a beauty pageant coach. Kathleen Sleckman is 45 a golf course vendor. The last player is Jason Siska age 22 and a Student teacher. This is another interesting bunch of people. Again we have some great looking women. These women all look great in a bathing suit.

From first glance these fans do not look any better than the returning favorites. The fans look more like they are going to a beach party. I hope they are tougher than they look but I just don't think so. It looks like CBS is putting together a fluff show. Lots of great looking women sunning themselves on a lovely island in the South Pacific.

When I started watching Survivor some years ago the show was about actually surviving on an Island with nothing. You had to earn fire. Then you had to actual find food yourself. It seems to me the last two shows were nothing but about liars and laying around the beach. I understand that there is a certain among of back stabbing but the last two shows were nothing but liars. One day you were in an alliance and the next hour you were voting that same person off, that you promised you would not. I think you can win a million dollars and keep a little self respect. I think that for the winners of the last couple show you might being showing your true colors. The winner of the last show was Todd and he was a complete liar. I am sorry to say if he was my friend and I saw him on the show I would have to reevaluate my friendship with him. I don't know if I could trust him after seeing some of the low stuff he did to win. This is just my opinion.

I guess if I had to make a guess who may win this seasons survivor I might go with Johnny Fairplay. He is probably the worst liar and laziest person on the show. He was a lot of fun to laugh at though. With this man you can never believe a word that comes out of his mouth. If you use last years show as a guide to winning he would be my pick. I would like to see a show that actually show people learning to survive on an island and working together. They would definitely eat more if they put some effort in fishing and looking for fruit. Survivor was a good show and I for one would like to see it get back to the actual idea of the show. It is great to have good looking women so the men will watch your show but can't we have women who can actually survive on their own without needing someone else to take care of them.

Ok here is my pick I would like to see Ozzy win he is a good guy and tried to play a clean game last time. Worse case scenario Jon Dalton wins. From the looks of this Joel Anderson he may good at the physical challenges. I look for the survivor favorites to take the first challenge. I also look for Au-man and James both to make it to the jury but not to win. I also look for Cherie to be the first voted off of the favorites unless she has changed her way and helps around camp. Jonatha Penner is a pain in the butt and I look for him to go right fast as well.

The question of the day will be about the players dress. Last season all the players were dressed up in their party clothes and ended running around camp in the buff. Since, these players have been here before and others have watched the show and know what to expect, will they really be prepared. Will this group of castaways actual dress right for the game of survivor? I say probably not. I truly expect these twenty people to come to the game with suites and fancy dresses. They will probably be wearing high heels. If it were me I would wear two pairs of underwear, a bathing suit, a blouse, a sweatshirt, pair of sweat pants, two pairs of socks and a good pair of sneakers. I would want to be prepared for anything and it can be done in layers.

I got a lot of my information from tvguide.com but I did visit survivor.com as well as ew.com. On ew.com there was a man who did a pretty good fact list on the new players. The mans name is Monty Brinton.

I think survivor should be in a place to survive not hot and sunny
I vote for Canada’s North I don’t think any of the hot shots that get casted would survive a week.

Who voted on these people. I hate Johnny Fairplay and I can't imagine he would be a fan favorite. Excellent article. If you're on gather, join in on our live chats with ever survivor show. It's a lot of fun!
