Post a CommentSushi is my country's national food!
But...we don't really make sushi at home, the people prefer to go to professional sushi restaurant to have fresh sashimi and sushi in Japan.
After I moved to US, all my new friends asked me to have sushi party so I took a class at yuko's cooking. It was so much more than I expected. Yuko, the owner taught everything from scratch to make sushi! It was only 4 people in the class so Yuko was right next me to make sure I am slicing fish and rolling sushi correctly. I had sushi party at my place and I taught my friends how to make it! You neve regret to try yuko's cooking / www.yukoscooking.com
