Atomic Sushi has a large variety of offerings rich range from raw variations to a lobster volcano, which is a California roll that is covered in a lobster cream sauce. They also specialize in a Vietnamese rice paper roll sushi to see variations range from $5-$15 and said she met ranges from $8-$15. They also offer a variety of cooked dishes including yakitori beef on skewers for $5.95. Though this establishment is a Japanese steakhouse, the sushi is extremely fresh and pleasing to the eye. Most sushi selections are under $8 for eight pieces. A favorite at this restaurant are the spider rolls, which are fried soft shell crab with rice wrapped in seaweed for $8. Complete meals range from $25-$50. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Sunday to Thursday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday through Saturday 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

For some reason this restaurant is able to obtain fish such as fatty tuna which is not always available at many sushi restaurants. For those that do not eat raw versions of sushi, this restaurant offers a Tyson roll which has cooked chicken and full meals range from $25-$50. Hours operation are Monday to Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday to Saturday 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Sunday to Thursday 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

As with many of the locations of this chain restaurant around the country, Nobu has a great selection of sushi as well as many other dishes. Some menu items are priced as high as $125. One of the most unique items is the Uni Shooter, which is sea urchin accompanied by a raw quail egg. On average meals start at $50 including appetizer entrée and dessert, and go up from there. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Tom Tom Asian Grill - 3699 McKinney Avenue, Dallas, TX 75204 - 214-522-9866

This restaurant is located in the West Village in Uptown right off downtown Dallas. Though the restaurant sells many dishes that are cooked such as fried rice dishes, the sushi is extremely fresh. Entire meals which include the appetizer, entrée, and dessert range anywhere from $25-$50. Hours of operation are Monday through Tuesday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Wednesday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For this restaurant, we suggest you make reservations, because of not only the great food up a wonderful atmosphere. It seems to be that many people choose to have parties such as birthdays and anniversaries in this place. Much of the sushi is sold in individual pieces for as low as $2. A specialty of this restaurant is the tiger eye which is smoked salmon and cream cheese with pieces of jalapeno peppers or one could opt for the cheeseburger roll which is a basic California roll covered with a piece of tuna, avocado, and a spicy sauce. Full meals including appetizer, entrée, and dessert will range between 25 and $50. Hours of operation are Monday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday through Friday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to midnight, Saturday noon to midnight, and Sunday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
