SoyFreeSales.com was formed due to the difficulty of finding quality, flavorful allergen free products at reasonable prices. The company offers products from chocolate chips, chocolate bars, gum and candy, to prepared foods and baking mixes. The majority (but not all) of their products are free of the common allergens in the product and on the manufacturing line. Therefore there products are soy, dairy, peanut, tree nut, wheat, and of course, seafood free. However, in the processing plant in France there are tree nuts and gluten present. Traces or "molecules" of these allergens may be present, but Soy Free Sales assures its customers that processing equipment is cleaned thoroughly between product changes. Here is a little more detail on what the company carries:
Chocolate Chips:
Coffee Chocolate Chips, $8.69 per 12 oz bag
Economy Chocolate Chips, $3.69 per 12 oz bag, $10.24 per 32 oz bag, $19.84 per 64 oz bag, $28.80 per 96 oz bag, $37.12 per 128 oz bag
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - $8.69 per 12 oz bag
Milk Chocolate Chips - $8.69 per 12 oz bag
White Chocolate Chips - $8.69 per 12 oz bag
Chocolate Sampler Pack - $12.99 for upwards of twelve bags of ½ oz samples of chocolates
I personally enjoy the economy chocolate chips and the semi-sweet chocolate chips. The semi-sweet chocolate chips have to be my favorite because of the higher cocoa content and lower sugar content.
Soy Free Sales also offers other chocolates such as Vivani Dark German Chocolate bar ($3.89), Green and Black Mint Filled Chocolate ($3.75), Phinney Vanilla Milk Chocolate ($2.89), and Health by Chocolate ($5.25).
They also sell non-chocolate products like sour and classic Gummi Bears ($0.79 a bag), Sunkist Fruit Gems, Chocolate and Confetti Sprinkles ($1.79 a box), Peppermint Gum and Tangerine Gum ($0.83 a box) and allergen-free mixes by Namaste Foods.
The mixes by Namaste include a chocolate cake mix, vanilla cake mix, brownies and chocolate fudge frosting mix. These sell for $5.75 each. You can find more Namaste Products at: www.namastefoods.com.
Soy Free Sales offers more products than what are listed above. You can visit their website at www.soyfreesales.com for their full product list, prices, sales and allergen information. When shopping, be sure to read all of the labels for every product you are interested in to make sure they are free of your allergens, if you have any.
You will find friendly customer service with this company. Any problems I have had with an order they worked with me to straighten everything out and even sent me extra product at no additional cost. However, when you buy food, especially chocolate in warm weather, the company will need to use cooling packs and will charge you for this added expense. Order your items in the cheaper months and stock up enough product so you won't need to buy any in the warmer months. This will save you some money.
