1 ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 large can canned pineapple, drained
1 green pepper chopped
1/3 cup water or chicken broth
Rinse and dry chicken parts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Sprinkle both sides with cayenne pepper and garlic powder, place in covered roasting pan with water or broth. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, drain some of the juices leaving about 2 tablespoons.
Add the chopped green pepper, pineapple, brown sugar and sprinkle over chicken.
Cook another 20-40 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice.
