These chips are made by a company called Food should taste good. The founder of the company is Pete Lescoe and he made these chips to offer high quality healthy and natural food to consumers.
I took out one of the chips and decided to try it plain. These chips are crispy and have the texture of a cracker too. They are orange colored just like a sweet potato. One bite and my mind quickly thought wow these chips are great and would probably be good with cinnamon and sugar.
Just like fried sweet potato pies is what this chip reminded me of. They were very tasty and the whole gang at my get together quickly devoured these chips. They came in a 6 ounce bag and according to the package suggestion's, you can try these chips plain or with cinnamon, raspberry jam or apple butter.
These are gluten free chips and I love that their all natural. These chips are also a good source of dietary fiber. They are cholesterol free for those of you looking to watch your cholesterol. There is also no trans fats inside these chips either.
Some of the ingredient's you'll find inside these chips are stone ground corn, sweet potato's, safflower oil, high Oleic sunflower oil, corn bran, sea salt. You'll get 20% of your Vitamin A with these chips. Your Calcium is 2% and 4% of Vitamin C and 2% iron.
Some of the nutritional information inside these chips are that you get 12 chips for a serving size. You'll also get 140 calories and 6 grams of total fat. Trans fats are 0 and no cholesterol. You'll get 3 grams of fiber inside and two grams of sugar. Eighteen grams of carbohydrates and two grams of protein.
