10 pounds hamburger
1 cup green peppers
1 cup onion
3 bottles sweet and sour sauce

This recipe is fast easy, and is a favorite of most people. You start out by chopping the green peppers and onions into small pieces. At this point you can add other vegetables that you like, as well, such as red peppers, green onions, celery, etc. In a large bowl mix the raw hamburger with the vegetables until it is blended well. Place the bowl to one side.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and mix the three bottles of sauce with one bottle of water into a cake pan. Mix thoroughly so the sauce is blended with the water.Using a small ice cream scoop, pack the meatballs and place them into the pan. After the pan is full and the oven is heated, cook for 35 to 45 minutes.When the meatballs are completely you can eat them singly as a meal, or you can put them on a bed of rice or noodles.
