8 oz Pork loin
2 pineapple (Cut each slice of pineapple into 6 smaller pieces)
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 egg
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tsp A1 steak sauce
1/2 tsp teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 tblsp cornstarch

Step 1
Cut pork loin into 1/4" x 1 1/4" slices. Marinate in Preparation Group B(1/2 egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce) for 15 minutes.2
Step 2
Heat a saucepan, add 5 cup corn oil and heat to 350F. Dredge pork loin in cornstarch, deep-fry until golden brown. Remove and drain.3
Step 3
Keep 2 teaspoons oil in pan, stir-fry Preparation Group A(1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 onion.Remove seeds from green bell pepper, red bell pepper and onion,then cut into slices.) until fragrant. Add Preparation Group C(1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon A1 steak sauce, 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoon cornstarch ) and bring to a boil until thickened, then mix evenly with pork loin and pineapple.
