Sybergs Restaurant: Good Food, Fun and Cold Drinks

Ryan Shamus
Sybergs on Gravois, founded more than 25 years ago, is a local hot spot in St. Louis for wings, karaoke and local entertainment every week. Sybergs is a truly fun place to go and an even better place to dine out! I personally know some of the owners of this chain of amazingly successful restaurants, and their personalities directly reflect the long-standing, great reputation in St. Louis.

Whether you're a wing fan, a toasted ravioli eating machine or a steak kind of person, Sybergs has it all! They have a huge menu with a never ending supply of different and exciting dishes to start off your night. Combine that with the delicious drinks and cold beer and you've got a real winning combo. I personally recommend trying the chicken strips or wings with the special and unforgettable Sybergs Wing Sauce. You'll never go back to regular hot sauce ever again. Yes, it's that good. For a bit of a change, have a go at the Macho Momma's Taco Salad - be warned this huge, freshly cooked taco salad is not for lightweights. Be ready to eat if you order that one!

Price wise for the value of the food is very fair, if not under-priced! Any budget can afford to eat at Sybergs, and some of the more expensive items like the large steaks and seafood (try the Shark steak - yummy!) are priced just right. A dinner serving of two shouldn't run you more than $30-$50, and that includes a few drinks. Again, depending on which night you show up, not only will you have the opportunity to eat classic St. Louis food, but you'll also get to enjoy Karaoke, or other live entertainment! There is always something going on at Sybergs for all to enjoy.

The staff and serving crew at Sybergs are honestly top notch. Sometimes working in a more lively environment can change the attitude and overall service, but not at Sybergs! The staffs is highly knowledgeable about the menu, and are always willing to make personal recommendations, instead of just suggesting the highest priced menu items. Listen to the staff, they won't steer you wrong. Refills are always timely and often unexpected (which is always nice) and they are always willing to go above and beyond. I can't say any more about the high quality of the staff at Sybergs.

Once again, if you show up on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Sunday, get ready to enjoy great food and live entertainment. Thursday nights provide Karaoke and an overall great time! Also, I would like to point out that Sybergs has an unbelievably awesome catering service, and I would recommend them for any kind of party or corporate lunch. Be the talk of the party as everyone chows down on delicious food (make sure you try those chicken strips!).

So if you want to go out and have some good food, fun, and cold drinks, it's hard to beat Sybergs. With several locations in and around the St. Louis area, you're sure to have one within a twenty minute drive.
