SYTYCD 2010, June 17 Elimination Results for Season 7's Top 11 dancers. America voted last night, placing the three dancers with the least votes in danger. Those dancers will dance for their lives. The judges will decide which one will leave the stage for the last time as competitor.

The Top 11 kicked off the show wearing white with gold sparkles- the girls wore gold bands on the left leg- dancing to choreography by Tessandra Chavez. This was her first routine for SYTYCD. Music: 'The Only Song to Sing' by Kelis.

The first contestants to learn their fates were: Alex; Robert; Lauren; Kent; Alexie. Alex Wong is safe! Robert Roldan is safe! Lauren has to wait until Cat Deeley talks with Kent first. Kent Boyd after last night's votes is safe! Lauren Froderman is safe, too!

The next contestants to learn their fates were: Melinda; Billy; Ashley; Alexie. Melinda Sullivan is in the bottom three. Nigel said that the choreography last night hadn't helped her. He also said she needs to give her performances heart and not just a smile. Billy Bell is safe 'from the chop'! Ashley Galvan is safe! Alexie Agdeppa is in the bottom three. The judges said her performance last night was cute but she hadn't given it her all.

The last contestants to learn their fates were: Jose; AdéChiké; Cristina. B-Boy Jose Ruiz is safe! AdéChiké Torbert is safe! Cristina Santana is in the bottom three.

It's no surprise that all girls are in the bottom three because the guys are particularly strong this year. But it's an upset that Cristina rather than AdéChiké ended up in danger. The judges had praised her and criticized him.

Next up, to the tune of Frank Sinatra's 'That's Life', Karine Plantadit and Keith Robert danced a routine choreographed by Twyla Tharp.

Dance Solos in the Dancer's Style: The first dancer in danger to dance for her life was Melinda Sullivan. She tap-danced to James Brown's 'I Got the Feeling'. The second was Alexie Agdeppa. She danced Jazz to Otis Reddings' 'I've Been Loving You Too Long'. Cristina Santana danced her Salsa solo to 'La Guarachera' by Celia Cruz and Tito Puente.

While the judges went backstage to make their decision about which dancer will go home, Usher sang his hit 'OMG'-as he had on American Idol this year. He is Justin Bieber's mentor. Although Justin wasn't present, his new video for the remix of his 'Somebody to Love' was shown- a world premiere- featuring Usher. They are a high-powered musical team.

The judges returned with a unanimous decision for the dancer who is going home- Alexie Agdeppa. Of Cristina's solo tonight, they said Cristina had brought her heart but not the steps. Yet, they felt that of the three girls, she had really danced for her life. The judges found Melinda's solo 'cool'. Last night, Nigel had called her 'unsafe' but it was Alexie whom they cut from the show. Next week, the Top 10 will dance and another dancer will be cut. For last night's dances, see next page.
