I love spicy and flavorful food in every color, cuisine, and country. And I love watching "hot sauce" buffoons nearly asphyxiate themselves on heat as opposed to flavor while searing their taste buds beyond repair. Tabasco's green sauce recognizes that just a tiny bit of spice can change a dish from mundane to magnificent. It can be used as a "table" condiment standing proudly with the salt and pepper, or surreptitiously measured into recipes as "the secret ingredient." Some dishes just don't taste "done" without it. It's probably the secret missing ingredient to all those recipes that others have shared with you, but just "accidentally" leaving out one item.
Tabasco's Green Pepper sauce is widely available at grocery stores, supermarkets, and mass merchandisers. With a credit card and a higher limit than mine, you can also order gallon-sized containers of this and all other Tabasco flavors. While it is a little expensive as a sauce, a little goes a long way. I rarely find it on sale, however, occasionally the company offers a coupon for a small discount.
Everyone knows that when a woman piles her hair on her head in some dressy style, that one little tendril along the back of her neck is sexy. Tabasco's Green Pepper Sauce is that little curl.
