Ingredients:
1 can hotdog chili
2 ballpark hot dogs
tortilla chips
shredded cheese
diced onions (optional)
jalapeƱos (optional)
Method:
1. Pour hotdog chili into a medium-sized microwavable container or small pot or sauce pan if cooking on a portable grill.
2. Slice hotdogs "longways" into quarters, then slice the quarters "shortways" into tidbit-sized pieces. Stir the hotdog pieces into the chili.
3. Microwave instructions: Cover with a paper towel or microwave cover to prevent splattering. Then microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each heating, until hot.
Portable grill instructions: Place pot/pan of chili over medium heat, and stir until hot.
4. Pour over a plate of chips and top with cheese and onions or jalapeƱos, if desired.
