Take it Away

I once knew better days
Beyond the bitter gaze
But then I found what love could do
Now life is just a blinding haze.

As we all just soak the sun
The parties yet begun
But urges of the primal state
Has submitted to the gun.

That image, here to stay
To sweep the girls away
While those with morals dream
Of putting innocence at bay.
