it will give you a break.
Take a breather, my dear,
please for heaven's sake
I know you will need it,
your body's calling for a rest
Take a minute to sit,
you're just trying to do your best.
Life is there, presenting stress,
Gee, what do we do
to relieve this mess?
Hang on and attempt to proceed,
for we must complete our deeds.
Take time to sit and unwind,
relax, eat, sleep.
Whatever it takes to ease the mind.
Once that stage of calm is reached,
it will be a feeling beyond compare.
Then you will realize,
that complications will be there.
But always remember to,
even if you must drop a tear,
to sit, relax, and unwind, and
take a breather, my dear.
