*Pack a lunch and a snack and head out to the park. The park is such a pretty place for quiet and peace. Spend the day here you will be so relaxed.
*Get in touch with an old friend. Maybe, an old lover or a best friend. Catch up on old times and head out for coffee or lunch with them.
*Go for a jog, run or a walk. Exercise helps you spiritually and physically. What better way to get in shape.
*Let your dog take you for a walk. Dogs love to walk and run. Go to a nearby park and walk with him. You both will have fun.
*Go to the beach with a lover, or friend. Take your bathing suit or maybe a sweater. The beach is so beautiful to see at night.
*Clean out your closet. We all need to organize our closets here and there.
*Get errands done. Somedays we are so busy we forget to pay bills or get to the market. Take a day off and do your errands.
*Go for some ice cream. Yes we all know ice cream is fattening but once in a while won't hurt. It is great to reward ourselves once in a while. Induldge your sweet tooth.
*Get dressed up and have your picture professionally taken. Maybe you need a new photo or a new picture to hang up in your home. Pictures are memories that last a lifetime.
*Go window shopping. You do not need alot of money to shop. It is fun to just go look around and see what new clothes are coming out.
*Scrapbook some of your favorite photos. Buy a book, decorations and have a blast. It is so much fun to make one.
*Go camping for the day with the kids. They will have a grand time exploring mother nature. You can collect rocks and shells.
*Wash your car day. You might spend alot of time in your car so you just might have to give it a good wash. Clean the inside and outside today. It deserves it.
*Go get a makeover hair, clothes and makeup. Every women wants one and every man loves to look at a women all made over.
* Spring clean your home. It needs to be done every so many months. Get rid of old items and deep clean your home.
*Go for a horse backride. There are many places that rent out their horse for people to enjoy a ride.
*Sit in your tub, light some candles and play some music. This is so relaxing and soothing to the body.
Spending the day however you like to will be great. You do not have to do anything special but have fun. We need to time off from juggling work and family sometimes. Our bodies need resting and sometimes we just can not give it just that.
