The land in Marbella is one of the most sought after investment opportunities for realtor's and people looking to settle down here. You can find quiet coastal living, expensive villas, and apartments that will now be in your price range, due to the prices dropping drastically for the past couple of years. The property and convenience of Marbella is not only what attracts visitors, but the year round warm weather helps add to the beauty of it. The climate year round, including the winter months, is usually sunny with highs in the mid 80's. With the sun constantly shining there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. If you love to golf, than Marbella is where you should be. It has more than 40 golf courses each with different challenging course for you to play on. If you would rather enjoy the blue skies, than walk along one of the golden sandy beaches. Instead of walking along the beach, rent a gout cart or ride horses up and down the waters edge. The beautiful climate year round also makes for exotic plants and beautiful flowers. Walk around and visit some of the most beautiful tropical parks and gardens that Marbella has to offer. After a long day of enjoying some outdoor activities, visit one of the many restaurants and enjoy a delicious meal outside all while watching the sunset over the water.

Marbella is not only a town of beauty and excellent cuisine, but also full of history. One of the most impressive sights is the Moorish castle. Although the castle is close to crumbling, the locals are heavily set on preserving as much of it as they can. Along with the castle, the town is also lined with churches and chapels that are decorated with old memorabilia on the inside and out to remind the locals of the exciting history. One of the most popular sights in town is the statue of the Virgin Lady that is wrapped in blooming vines. Many times a day, passing locals drop flowers and light candles at the Virgin Lady's feet and say prayers. This statue to many is seen as a sign of hope to all who visit her.

As anyone can see the town of Marbella is thriving with different things to do. Next time you're planing trip, make it to Marbella.
