Tip#1 Sleep enough.
Getting enough sleep is an essential factor for building a strong immune system which can help your fight bacteria, virus and diseases. A child should sleep at least 9 hours each day; an adult needs at least 8 hours of sleep per day.
Tip#2 Eat enough.
Nowadays, some people push themselves to eat less in order to lose weight. In fact, when you feel hungry, it's a signal from your body which means your body needs nutrition. You should not refuse to provide nutrition to your body just because you want to be slim enough to put on your new clothes. Instead, you should provide enough food to your body to let your body generate enough energy to do some sports. In fact, eating well and doing abundant sports is the best combination to encourage your metabolism system to work efficiently and burn more extra fat out of your body.
Tip#3 Go to swim.
Swimming is a great sport to massaged by water pressure.
Magically, while you relax your body in the water, you also get lots of exercises which help burn excess fat and build healthy muscles gradually. Besides, swimming is also a good sport to fight against heart diseases.
Tip#4 Replace your morning coffee by healthy green tea.
Everybody knows that too much caffeine can hurt our health. But some of us do need some drink to wake up the mind in the early morning before we start to work. You should consider drinking green tea instead of coffee. In Asian, most of people have the habit to drink tea when they need to start to work early in the morning or work until late in the night. The green tea has the same wake-up function like coffee, but its ingredients can be digested well by human body, not like the caffeine of coffee which can stay long in human body and do harms to our health.
Furthermore, the green tea is a good helper to burn excess fat from your body.
Tip#5 Walk 30 minutes after your dinner.
Most of people love to enjoy watching TV right after taking their dinner. In fact, it's not a healthy habit! Instead, you should walk 30 minutes after your dinner, which helps your body digest the food better and absorb abundant nutrition more easily.
