PPNT will collect childcare supplies through May 4 in North Texas area clinics and present the donations to moms in honor of Mother's Day. In 2008, they collected more than 2,000 pounds of donations.
There are two ways to donate: Donation boxes will be in clinic waiting rooms starting April 3. Wish lists for all three agencies and participating clinic locations are available at http://www.ppnt.org/media/meet-the-need.html.
You can also go to http://www.ppnt.org/ct/a1LCf4d1HLwO/ now and make a donation by credit card or mail in a check and they'll buy the supplies for you. All money donated to Meet the Need will be used to buy childcare supplies for the homeless moms.
If you have any other questions or need more information, send an e-mail to holly.morgan@ppnt.org or call 214-363-2004 and ask for Holly.
