This is always an issue for home business owners: Organizing and maximizing our time so we don't feel like we've just been spinning our wheels all day long. Being organized is a great first step. Sometimes we also just need to not answer emails or pick up the phone. I also learned early on that my time was just as valuable as everyone else's, so they could plan around me (more on that here: http://www.time-2-start-a-business-from-home.com/smart-home-business-respect-your-schedule.html).
