Tara Wilson, Chris Noth (aka Mr. Big) and Other Celebrity Pregnancies

Mr. Big has jumped on the Baby Train---but not with "Carrie Bradshaw." Chris Noth, who portrayed the ever-elusive "Mr. Big" on HBO's top-rated comedy "Sex & the City," has just welcomed a bouncing baby boy into the world with lady friend of seven years, Tara Wilson. Transworld News reports that Orion Christopher Noth weighed in at a little over 7lbs. But while "Big's" bundled delivery is quietly being celebrated under the radar, other celebrities in Hollywood are making big splashes with their baby announcements.

Harlow Madden and Max Liron made their entrances into the world on the same day: January 12, 2008. And in case you're wondering, these little bundles belong to socialite Nicole Richie and pop singer, Christina Aguilera. According to the Associated Press, both 20-something stars gave birth at the same hospital (Cedars Sinai), nearly an hour apart. Aguilera, and her producer husband, Jordan Bratman, who have been married since 2005, have made sure that their little one goes through his proper rites of passage: Max Liron Bratman's bris took place at their Beverly Hills manse on Sunday, January 20^th. (Jewish tradition dictates that these ceremonies take place on the baby's 8^th day of life.)

Per Celebrity-Gossip.net, Nicole Richie's doppelganger of a daughter is already being spoiled by Richie's family and friends. The site reports that best friend, Paris Hilton is already spoiling the little girl, indulging her with lots of presents, and claiming her name as the "coolest name ever."

Quieter celebrations also took place for another Hollywood actress. Flying under the radar in terms of baby news is Courtney Thorne-Smith, who at 40 years old, just welcomed her first child, Jacob Emerson Fishman. The star is best known for her stint on the hit show "Ally McBeal", but can now be seen on the ABC comedy "According to Jim."
