Tarina Tarantino's New Cosmetic Line

If you've heard of Tarina Tarantino or seen her brand, you probably recognize her as the young woman with bright pink hair whose glittering, stylish jewelry is sold from Milan to L.A., and can be seen on every red carpet event in Hollywood or Paris. She started her company in the bedroom of a tiny apartment, with her partner Alfonso Campos, with the intention of creating accessories that would catch more attention than the clothing it was paired with, and give every woman, from 9 to 99, a chance to show her own personal style. To say they succeeded would be an understatement.

Now Tarina has decided to bring her world of sparkle and shine to the world of cosmetics and fragrance, and she chose Sephora as the company to be her springboard, and for now, the sole company carrying her cosmetics line.

Remember that old TV commercial with the Asian woman touting the ancient secret to flawless skin, "Pearl Cream," made with real pearls? Turns out real pearl does give your skin an amazing glow, and Tarina Tarantino offers it to you in her Pearl Glow Primer. Put it on over your moisturizer and under your foundation, or mix it with your foundation for a more obvious glow, and it'll take years off the appearance of your skin. Or at least make it look "luminescent" and healthy.

But don't stop there. Tarina's line includes a silky powedered blush called Dollskin Cheek, in five shades so that there's one just right for your skin. Formulated without parabens or petro-chemicals, the blush contains "High Definition" micronized powders, in the smallest particle size you'll find in cosmetics, for even color. Tarantino's Magic Hour Cream Shadow in three colors (Black Diamond, Purple Velvet, and Golden Shadow) is a highly pigmented cream that can be worn alone or used as a base for her Eye Dream Hypershadow, also highly pigmented, in a pressed powder formulation that goes on easily.
