2 - 3 oz boxes Raspberry Jello
2 cups Boiling water
1 1/2 cups Cold water
One Orange, peeled
1 bag Fresh cranberries
Add to taste Sugar
Directions for Tasty Cranberry Orange Salad

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.2
In the meantime, cut the orange into wedges and remove the seeds.3
Put whloe orange, including rind, and cranberries in food chopper.4
Mix fruit with a little sugar. Fold gelatin into your mix. Pour into mold and chill until firm.5
When ready invert mold onto bed of lettuce or other garnish.Tip
Plan ahead so your recipe can be chilled.
