Tata Launches Xenon XT

The Indian car manufacturer Tata Motors has launched Xenon XT a Cross Terrain into the Indian car market. It is a lifestyle pickup vehicle with 4-door, 5-seater which has already made a sales of 6,000 unit in the overseas market.

According to Rajiv Dubey, President, Passenger Car Business (Tata Motors), 'The new model comes with an attractive price tag Rs 7.62 lakh for the 4x2 version and Rs 8.58 lakh for the 4x4 version (ex-showroom Delhi). It will be sold across 39 cities through 58 Tata car dealership'.

The pick up vehicle, which is the sixth product launched by the company in FY 09 is already available in overseas markets like Thailand, Algeria, Italy, Poland, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
