In Ann Arbor, paper tax forms are only available at public library branches:

• Ann Arbor District Library Branches (http://www.aadl.org/)

o Downtown: 343 South Fifth Ave.

o Malletts Creek: 3090 E. Eisenhower Pkwy

o Traverwood: 3333 Traverwood Drive

o Pittsfield: 2359 Oak Valley Dr.

o West: 2503 Jackson Ave.

Paper forms are available at every branch. You can also use specially designated computers to access the forms directly and print them free of charge.

Michigan income tax forms are available online at: http://www.michigan.gov/taxes

Federal income tax forms are available online at: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=118506,00.html
