Taya Announced as Winner on Rock of Love 3 with Bret Michaels

You may not know who Taya Parker is. I know I had never heard of her until I watched Rock of Love 3, the show where basically women compete for the love of one, Bret Michaels. If you watched the show then you you have heard of Taya. On the show it's revealed that Taya was not only on the cover of Penthouse magazine in the January 2008 issue, but was selected as the featured Pet of the Month. After her exposure on Rock of Love, she was then selected as the Penthouse Pet Of The Year for 2009. The other girls tried to make her out to be someone who was there to promote herself, though I don't think that was truly the case. Taya seemed to genuinely care for Bret. Often the runner up Mindy seemed to try to throw Taya under the bus, perpetratingng b/s that Taya was there to sell a brand. Mindy called Taya too perfect, but is there such a thing? And in there is, is that really such a bad thing? Maybe that is in part, what made Mindy lose, that and Mandy had already gave it up to Bret the night before elimination, while Taya reserved giving it up just to win. That was genius. Who would have thought..? haha...

She has been featured on various radio programs and television shows like: The Insider, Bubba The Love Sponge, Derek and Romaine, Judith Regan, Extra, Redemption Song, Opie and Anthony, The Regular Guys, The Howard Stern Show, Danny Bonaduce, and of course she was the "winner" of VH1's Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels.

She was also a spokesmodel and Cover-girl for their 2008 calendar. She has also posed for Playboy on their web site and in their magazine, oddly enough.

You can find her official web site at www.tayaparker.com . She claimed on Rock of Love 3 that she was not a stripper and she berated the chicks that were in fact strippers. After she won Rock of Love 3, I looked up the show only to find that not only is she what she called a "feature dancer" but a dancer on tour. Odd considering Taya talked down to strippers through out the show, looking down on her fellow strippers, and denying that she was one of their very own. But she is. All I'm saying is be happy that you are what you are, and who you are. If you cannot be that way then maybe you should change who you are, or at least not talk down to your own kind. Though I feel before and after learning this that Taya was in fact the right..one for Bret Michaels. The runner-up was Mindy Hall, who was once BFF's with Taya, but later became a backstabber.

This show began on January 4, 2009, with the season finale showing on April 19, 2009. On December 29, 2008 it was announced that Rock of Love Bus would be the final Rock of Love. Guess we shall see just how far Bret and Taya are able to make it as two people who both tour and are known. Soon we will see if reality tv can actually perpetrate an actual, real relationship. No two people were ever better matched than Taya and Bret, but two people such as themselves surely cannot find real love of television. Still I'm hoping that they did.

Rock of Love Bus was created by Cris Abrego and Mark Cronin. The show is also produced by Abrego, Cronin, and Ben Samek. You can check out Rock of Love reruns on VH1. It is an interesting show, but is a bit off to see how much drama people really cause just to get a bit of attention.
