It's common for recording artists to enter new sectors of art and entertainment other than music. Diddy, Jay-Z, and Gwen Stefani have signature fashion lines; everyone else has their own "scent". And who can forget about Jessica Simpson's hair extensions-- 50 Cent's vitamin water?

But country pop songstress Taylor Swift can add "Greeting Card Creator" to her resume of great achievements. The 20-year-old singer-songwriter began working with American Greetings in 2009. The line of gifts, stationary, and other items are will be available this spring. A couple of the

cards have already leaked, and are getting positive reviews so far. Fans can expect cards with cuddly animals, symbols of love, and friendship, and lots of bright colors. The cards were meant to reflect Taylor's personality and style.

According to CBS News, CEO of American Greetings Zav Weiss is all on-board for Taylor's creative ideas. Weiss thinks that Swift's natural affinity for writing is key to the process of creating great cards and gifts.

Taylor's card line will include everything from birthday cards to Mother's Day Cards. Select cards can even be sent as E-Cards on American Greeting's website

PR News Wire says the cards will be available in six different countries and US military bases all over the world.

Swift tells Popcrunch.com about the similarities of designing cards and writing music.

"My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards," she said. "I've always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience."

PR News Wire lists Swift's other achievements along with her new greeting card line. In 2009, Swift became the youngest person to ever win the CMA Entertainer of the Year Award. Her fans are all ages, and all walks of life, but her main fan-base is young girls. Looks like Taylor is on the road to more and more success!
