The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards were held Sunday, January 31, 2010 and were highlighted by some great performances from current popular artists such as Beyonce, Taylor Swift and some icons from another generation like Elton John and Stevie Nicks.

The Award show held few surprises, but the biggest surprise was Taylor Swift became the youngest person to win a Grammy and taking home the coveted "Album of the Year Award" for "Fearless" along with three other Grammies.

Swift also won a Grammy for "Best Female Country Vocal Performance" for "White Horse", the award that goes to the writers for "Best Country Song" for "White Horse" along with Liz Rose, and finally, "Best Country Album" for "Fearless".

Taylor was also nominated for "Record of the Year" for "You Belong To Me", "Song of the Year" for "You Belong With Me", "Best Female Pop Vocal Performance" for "You Belong With Me" and "Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals" for "Breathe" along with Colbie Caillat.

Winning four Grammy Awards at the age of 20 is a huge accomplishment for Taylor Swift. She also swept the Country Music Awards and American Music Awards last year, taking the top honors at both award shows.

Keith Urban won the award for "Best Male Country Vocal Performance" for "Sweet Thing", a song that he co-wrote and the first single released from his current CD titled "Defying Gravity".

Lady Antebellum was also a big winner, taking home the Grammy for "Best Country Performance for a Duo or Group With Vocals" for their big hit "I Run To You".

The "Best Country Collaboration With Vocals" Emmy went to Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis for their duo "I Told You So".

Steve Wariner won the Grammy for the "Best Country Instrumental Performance" with "Producer's Medley".

The Zac Brown Band for the award for the "Best New Artist". This group has become a favorite all across America with fun hit songs such as "Country Fried". They are a very talented group of artists both on instruments and vocals.

It will be fun to watch Taylor Swift this year. She has so many accomplishments under her belt that she received at a very young age. Will she try to beat her own record? Or will she slow down and take it easy?
