Teacher Crystal Defanti Accidentally Gives Sex Tape to Students

Schoolteacher Crystal Defanti may have made the worst mistake of her career when she accidentally gave her students a sex tape. Isabelle Jackson Elementary School teacher Crystal Defanti had intended to make a DVD filled with school memories from the past year. The DVD began innocuously with shots of the school and the students, but then it suddenly cut to tapes of Crystal Defanti having sex. As soon as she became aware of the mix-up she called every parent crying and apologizing profusely, trying to prevent other students from watching the tape.

According to CBS News, Crystal Defanti is unlikely to lose her job over this. While the school board agrees that disciplinary action should be taken, most parents and teachers understand that she had not intended for this to happen. Aside from the sex tape incident, Crystal Defanti was generally regarded as a good teacher. Unfortunately, she didn't plan on teaching her students about the birds and the bees.

Crystal Defanti Accidentally Leaks Sex Tape: Other Cases

Crystal Defanti is not the only case of inadvertently publicized sex tapes. Tonya Harding and ex-husband Jeff Gilooly had a wedding night sex tape that was released on the internet. After the tape was leaked, they decided to commercially release it on their own. After all, since it was out, they probably decided to at least make money out of it. Kelsey Grammer filed a lawsuit against Internet Entertainment Group for leaking a sex tape of him and his ex-girlfriend. However, he dropped the suit upon learning that the leak had been a rumor.

Unlike Crystal Defanti who had not planned this, some famous figures release sex tapes in hopes of publicity. Pamela Anderson and husband Tommy Lee placed one of their honeymoon sex tapes online in 1998. In 2005, she and Bret Michaels a sex tape on DVD. Saved By The Bell's Dustin Diamond released a sex tape in 2006 in hopes of reviving his career, but to no avail.

Thankfully Crystal Defanti was able to catch the mistake before too many students saw the sex tape. Perhaps she'll be more careful next time.

A very interesting story about a big oversight on the teacher's part.

There's only one legitimate place I've found to watch it, the rest seem like scams :-/ You can see it over here though: http://unlocksports.com/watch28015.html

They make you do a little survey but after that it's good to go :)

Clue to everyone: 5th graders have already seen worse. Whatever was on that DVD was nothing new to them.

Every year I make a video for my students and every year I randomly watch a few to make sure the batch copied correctly. And how did she not see this in the DVD editing software? Who edited this? Moron.

I don't understand why people tape something so personal.

Inexcuable...where is the due care when dealing with young children. Obviously the dvd she used to make "school memories" was not sealed in a new case....so what did this teacher think she was recording over....accidently on purpose..it was her sex tape...her goal was accomplished and she certainly made some unforgettable memories.

Well, that's embarassing! I don't know why people tape themselves doing that anyway! It can always fall into the wrong hands.
