Teacher Stephanie Ragusa Arrested for Sex with Student

Stephanie Ragusa 28, from Tampa, Florida is the latest teacher allegedly caught in a sex scandal with a student. I first heard of Stephanie Ragusa when I read www.badbadteacher.com, which is full of teachers who are alleged to have sex-based relationships with students. What makes this case notable is the fact the Stephanie Ragusa was found with a student much like Katherine Harder was earlier this year, but this time it was the boy's home and not his car.

These two teachers, Stephanie Ragusa and Katherine Harder were both caught in compromising positions with high school boys. It is alleged that both teachers had sex with students.

This teacher, Stephanie Ragusa has been arrested three times in six weeks for allegedly having sex-based relationships with two male students and this makes her case notable in the eyes of many people.

It is alleged that Stephanie Ragusa had a sex-based relationship with a 14-year-old boy, and following her arrest on March 13, 2008 as reported by the Abc Action News web site no bond was set. She is charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious battery in connection with this sex-based relationship14-year-old male student as the school where she was a math teacher.

It is reported that Stephanie Ragusa posted bail and left jail on March 18, and was put on unpaid leave at the school, which employed her. On April 3, 2008, details of those accusations were revealed to the public Tampa Bay Online web site.

Then on April 15, 2008 it is reported that Stephanie Ragusa was arrested a second time, for allegedly having a sex-based relationship with a student. This time it was a 15-year-old student, one of her own students more then twenty times. Tampa Bay web site also reports that she gave the boy alcohol and provided him with a contraceptive. Those allegations also mentioned text messages on a cell phone between the two.

On April 28, 2008 Stephanie Ragusa was arrested for the third time, in six short weeks for the same thing, only this time she was arrested at the home of her second alleged victim according to the My fox Tampa Bay web site. This time the ABC Action News is reporting she was caught the act so to speak with that second alleged victim.

The web site tells how the schoolteacher Stephanie Ragusa, arrived at the victim's home in her boyfriend's truck to talk to the teen and the two allegedly had sex instead. This web site is well worth a read on the case world net daily as a parent, I am appalled at her audacity as a teacher. That headline about Stephanie Ragusa being in heat sure does describe her activity, seeing that see has a boyfriend, and allegedly had sex with two male students.

This is a very interesting case simply because it involves two male students who she is alleged to have sex-based relationships with for a period of months. In a related note, the bond company who posted the bail of Stephanie Ragusa has now revoked it, in light of her third arrest in six shirt weeks for the same type of behavior.
