You race down my face like run away slaves. Like prisoners that have been locked away in my heart suddenly discovering the secret passage way towards freedom. "Go" I say! I release you, and I beg of your return with the spirit of joy so that the others may too be free. Come back with a vengeance of jubilation bursting open the floodgates, arresting the spirit of captivity who held you hostage against your will for so long.
Suddenly the echoes of happiness replenish my heart like the long awaited sunrise after the storm. The sweetness of victory pierces my soul. Finally ...... free at last.

Crying is one of the healthiest ways to deal with stress and other emotions. It's good to get it out. Those tears are really your friends. I wish I could ask the Lord to never make you cry again, but I know it will be taking away something that is good for you. I will ask Him for happy tears for you Tye!
Very nice poem about releasing tears of emotion. It is definitely a sigh of relief once you allow yourself to release them.

First sentence reminds me of not wanting to cry in front of people (being a man) but no matter how hard you try, you can't stop it.
