Today's brain teaser is a yes/no/mu brain teaser. I'll give you a situation and you have to figure out what happened. In order to figure out what happened, you must ask yes or no questions to get to the solution. Ask your questions in the comment area and I'll be sure to post my answers in the comment area as well. This way people can browse the questions and the answers if they want to see what was already asked. I'll answer with a yes, a no, or a mu. Mu means that the answer to the question is irrelevant to the situation and won't help you solve the situation or simply that you didn't ask a yes or no question, so I can't give you an answer. I'll never say if you have the answer right or not because the answer will appear Thursday.
When we last left Ace, he had figured out how a mother either committed suicide or was murdered.
Ace soon got word that his friend Irene had died. He was very saddened by this news and he went to attend her funeral.
Of course, he asked, "How'd it happen?"
Her family and friends were puzzled about some of the things they had heard. All they knew for certain were a couple of facts. Irene first took a few steps. Then she forgot to count.
In just a bit, everybody that worked with her knew that something had gone wrong and they tried to save her, but they weren't able to save her.
Irene then fell to her death.
Irene's work would not say how she died as they were not allowed to say anything until all legal investigations were completed or the family gave them consent to release the information.
Even though Ace was saddened by all of this, he sat for a second and pondered the possibilities. Then, knowing that her friends knew Irene's job, he started wondering how they hadn't figured out what happened and told them how Irene died.
At this, they were also surprised that they had not thought of how this had happened.
What did Ace tell all of Irene's family and friends?
