They are convenient to use and can be used in virtually any situation when traveling. This is a great technique for getting your kids to floss on the go. The novelty of it seems to work in any case.

Toothpicks

Toothpicks are the most logical choice if you are eating out at a lot of restaurants while traveling. They are easy to find, readily available and easy to use. You won't even have to remember to pack them if you will be eating out. Toothpicks help remove debris from between your teeth and at the gum line. very handy to keep in your car or even your wallet for flossing on the go.

Disposable Dental Pics

Disposable dental pics are used by many. My own mother swears by these. She likes them because they are easy to pack. They are also easy to use. These pics are disposable so they are a one time use item.

Flossing Brushes

Flossing brushes are tiny disposable brushes that can be used on the go. They clean between the teeth fairly well. They are easy to carry in your pocket or in your bag.

Most of these items are a bit spendier than traditional dental floss. I'd rather stick with good old floss myself as most of these types of things seem like gimmicks to me. But if any of these items helps you to remember to floss when on the go then go for it!
