Technology has become an integral part of our day to day lives. From the start of our day to the time we go to our bed, technology touches all aspects of our lives. It makes our life smoother in ways more than one. We have come a long way from the big radios to the plasma screens, from bulky telephones to sleek mobile phones.

The mobile phones have completely changed our lives .The introduction of mobile phones have brought a dramatic change in our lives. The thought of getting in touch with your loved ones wherever they are is great. This is achieved by technology by upgrading the mobiles that we use into better ones.

There were times when we had those bulky mobiles which could be used for hitting a person as well (just kidding, not meant to be taken literally). The developments in technology reduced their size and weight and increased the features they carry. Now we have sleek mobiles with numerous features in it. The old mobiles were just a substitute of the landline phones so that people can be contacted anywhere and at all times. Then the feature of listening to music and radio on your phone was added. Cameras were added to the mobiles and the feature of ability to send these pictures were also added (known as the multimedia messaging service).

With the emerging technology the ways to handle call traffic has improved. Connecting calls between two continents has improved to a great extent. The quality of voice on the calls has improved because of the new technologies being used in the mobiles as well as at the service provider end. The emerging technology has also helped in increasing the spectrum for the service providers.

The recently launched mobile phones give their users the advantage of services as well as technology which makes the users competent in interaction with anybody in the global scenario. The latest technology offers its user access to the internet on his/her mobile itself with the help of WIFI technology. In this user can download as well as transfer data at high speeds. It also has the feature of finding any location through satellite by the use of mobile Global Positioning Systems (GPS) devices.
