Ted Nugent's Ranch Burglarized

Roselyn James
Two teens broke into Ted Nugent's Michigan ranch early Saturday morning. Among the stolen items were two all-terrain vehicles and two crossbows.

Police arrested 17-year-old Seth Brown and charged him with breaking and entering. They are still searching for the other teen.

Nugent, also known as The Motor City Madman, is famous for his rock music edge and for his conservative politics. A pro-hunting advocate, Nugent owns Kamp for Kids, which encourages outdoor activities and shooting sports, while discouraging the use of drugs and alcohol.

The Michigan ranch was the original site of VH1's 2003 reality show Surviving Nugent. City-dwelling contestants were expected to build an outhouse, accurately shoot crossbows, skin animals, and sleep in a barn. In 2004, the show was moved to his ranch in Texas, where he lives with his wife and son.
